Hunbroq is the base camp of K2 view point as well as a summer pasture of Hushe village where the community keeps their animals and cows and produce butter over there. It’s a steep route trek for almost 4 hours in order to get to Hunbroq, while from Hunbroq to view point required one more day. This trek is unique where you can also have some cultural experience of the traditional culture of Hushe having interaction with people including kids at Hunbroq.
Itinerary
Reception at Islamabad airport and transfer to Hotel
Route- Stay and Dine at hotel in Chilas – 12 hours traveling
Early Travel- Chilas to Skardu- 12 hours- Stay and dine at hotel in Skardu
Travel- Skardu to Hushe- 6 Hours- Stay and dine at hotel or Camping in Hushe
Trek- Hushe to Hunbroq – 4- 5 hours- Stay and dine in Camping
Trek – Hunbroq to K2 view point and back to Hunbroq- stay and dine in camping
Trek to Hushe village and travel to Skardu- reach to Skardu in evening- Stay and dine at hotel in Skardu
Travel Back- Skardu to Chilas- Stay and dine at hotel in Chilas
Travel- Chilas to Islamabad- Stay and dine at hotel in Islamabad
Drop at Islamabad airport for international departure – No stay- Night Departure
